These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website brivoxentor.com (the “Site”) owned by Brivoxentor S.A.S. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Purpose
The Site’s purpose is to present Brivoxentor’s activity as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV) and to allow subscription to the informative newsletter on real estate crowdlending in Argentina.
2. Nature of the information
The information published on the Site is merely informative and does not constitute an offer, recommendation or investment advice. Any investment decision must be made, where applicable, in the corresponding operational environment and in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Registration and personal data
When completing the subscription form you declare that the data provided is true and current, and you give consent for its processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Investment risks
Real estate investments via crowdlending involve risks, including construction delays, cost variations, risk of borrower default and possible total or partial loss of the capital contributed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content (texts, trademarks, images, designs, code) is owned by Brivoxentor or its licensors and protected by Argentine Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property. Its reproduction is prohibited without authorisation.
6. Limitation of liability
Brivoxentor shall not be liable for damages arising from interruptions, errors or omissions on the Site, or for the use that third parties make of the published information, to the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law.
7. Modifications
Brivoxentor may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on the Site, indicating the date of the update.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
