This policy describes what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what your rights are under Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and concordant regulations of the Argentine Republic.

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect technical browsing data when you consent to their use.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities, news about our projects and educational content. The legal basis for the processing is your express consent, given when you subscribe.

We keep the data while your subscription remains active. You can request to be removed at any time. After removal, we keep the data for a maximum of twelve (12) months for evidentiary purposes and then it is deleted.
